Quality Assurance
Turntabl’s dedicated QA function blends modern tooling with automation expertise. We transform QA from manual effort into automated precision—writing unit tests, clarifying requirements, and ensuring software quality is embedded through scalable automation.

Case study
An intro to the client
The client is a large digital services organisation delivering a live, user-facing platform under immovable public deadlines. The service integrates real-time data into a complex front-end experience and operates in an environment where delivery confidence, quality and continuity all matter as much as speed.
There was no option to pause development, reset teams or delay release dates, change had to happen safely, while delivery continued.
The challenge
As delivery deadlines approached, pressure on the programme increased.
The client needed to:
Accelerate front-end delivery without disrupting established teams
Maintain quality and usability under fixed, non-negotiable deadlines
Reduce delivery risk as technical complexity increased
Strengthen quality assurance without slowing release cadence
The challenge was not to transform the programme, but to support it at its point of greatest constraint.
The solution
We embedded experienced engineers directly into the client’s existing delivery teams, working as part of the programme rather than alongside it.
Our focus fell into three areas:
Embedding without disruption
Engineers joined live teams using existing tools, processes and governance
No parallel workstreams or changes to delivery cadence
Immediate contribution without organisational friction
Strengthening critical delivery paths
Supported front-end development integrating complex real-time data
Worked closely with product, design and back-end teams
Prioritised user experience alongside delivery speed
Responded quickly to feedback through regular demos and iteration
Improving confidence through quality assurance
Introduced dedicated QA capability into the programme
Identified and addressed risks early under delivery pressure
Improved release readiness without slowing the path to production
All work was delivered within existing constraints, timelines and controls.
The results
Delivery milestones met ahead of schedule
Increased delivery velocity without loss of quality
Reduced release risk through structured quality assurance
Improved confidence across internal teams during critical phases
The programme maintained momentum exactly when delivery pressure was highest.
The impact
The client was able to absorb significant delivery pressure without disruption.
Rather than becoming a bottleneck, engineering capacity became a stabilising force - allowing teams to deliver confidently, meet fixed deadlines and maintain quality throughout.
By strengthening delivery where it mattered most, the organisation emerged with greater confidence in both the service and its ability to deliver under pressure.
